move beyond the temporary fix.
The Fenamore Method focuses not only on the steps you need to reach
your goals; it concentrates on the even more crucial moment when you
reach your goal and need a realistic plan to STAY there. Losing weight
is only the beginning. Maintaining weight loss and healthy living is
the long-term plan (sadly, very few people know how to succeed).

Steps include:
- Initial 90-minute telephone
discussion of your goals and how best to achieve them.
- A Course of Action will be set in
motion between you and Laura to develop a complete and personalized set
of tasks, exercises and follow-up steps.
- Three or four 40-minute follow up
sessions per month, for a minimum of three months. You will be asked to
stretch, break past your barriers, and be held accountable to your
goals and commitments.
- Debriefing session—how have
your goals been met, what work still needs to be done?
As a weight loss strategist, I am trained to work with individuals in a
wide area of issues and roadblocks, from finances to relationships. I
have a rich, well-rounded background and an immense amount of
experience working with clients who finally achieved lasting success.
